ChakradanceTM Workshop: Introduction ”Awakening”
Chakradance is like a waking dream. You dance the energy of your chakras including forgotten parts of yourself and release the memories stored in your muscles. We move in a darkened room because this is an inward journey, while tapping into the collective human experience. It is a dance for self-discovery and healing.
This spontaneous dance workshop includes Meditation, Dance & Mandala Art.
