How do I use the essential oil ?
AROMA LIGHT OR DIFFUSER fill it with water and use 5 till 8 drops essence
INHALE – add 3 to 5 drops of essence on a tissue. Hold this in front of your face and breathe deeply in and out a few times. This is ideal if steaming is too much or if you want to take the fragrance quickly.
STEAMING – add 4 to 8 drops of essence to a bowl of boiling water. steam with a towel over your head until you find it enough.
MASSAGE OIL – add a maximum of 25 drops to a 100 ml bottle. tip: start with less drops and add more if desired.
IN BATH – add 10 to15 drops essence mixt with a little base oil and put it together in the bath..
FOOT BATH – use 3 to 5 drops essence with 2 el Himalaya-salt and a little base oil. Sit 15 to 20 minutes with your feet in the water.
SCENT STONE / PENDANT – Use 3 to 5 drops on a scent hanger and wear it around your neck.
IN EXISTING CARE PRODUCTS – in neutral smelling care products such as body lotion, body butter, day and night cream. add 3 to 5 drops.
